The strip runs on the home page, the leaderboard, and every startup and founder profile. One loop is 33 places long. A founding sponsor holds 6 of them, a sponsor 3, and each ad slot 2, spread out so the same name never appears twice in a row.
A founding sponsor gets exactly twice a sponsor, everywhere, and that ratio holds whatever the board looks like on the day.
Worth being straight about: one loop takes about five minutes, so a single visitor sees part of it, not all of it. The two to one ratio is what holds across visitors, not inside any one visit. On a phone everyone sees fewer places than on a laptop.
